- Training is delivered by a Microsoft® Office
Specialist 2003 (certified Master level) who has worked extensively with
all four software applications.
- Typical training day: 9:30-17:30 with breaks as follows: 15mins am
coffee break, 30mins lunch, 15mins pm coffee break.
- Refreshments and light lunch will be provided for non in-house
courses.
- To ensure individual attention and allow for intensive learning to
take place, delegate numbers are limited to eight for each course.
- In the interest of delegates whose skill level appropriately reflects
the courses they registered for, we may need to ask those that don’t
meet the pre-requisites to re-register for another course.
- For open courses, we reserve the right to cancel and refund monies
paid should there be less than six registered delegates/course.
- A cancellation charge of £500/day applies to company bookings within
two weeks of the set course date. An administration charge of £50
applies to individual cancellations if received less than 5 workings
days before the 1st open course day.
- If training is to take place on-site, travel expenses will be charged
at cost (40pence/mile).
- 100% satisfaction guarantee: If, after completion of the IT Training
Needs Analysis and the 1st training day, you feel that the training
should not be for you, we will refund any money paid in advance for
courses/course days not yet attended. |
